This research was performed to study the application of information and communication technology in math learning and presenting strategies for its development in Mahmoodabad in 2009. The research method was survey and its statistical population included 171 people, that is, all math teachers in Mahmoodabad. The sample was selected according to Krejcie and Morgan table by simple random sampling method. The data were gathered using the researcher made questionnaire and was analyzed based on t test. The results showed that the application of information and communication technology affects on the modification of attitudes, establishment and stability of learning materials, reasoning skills, creativity power and finally on the active learning in math.
