The present age has been called the age of information and communication because of the expansion and development of information and communication technology and its various consequences. The goal of this research was to determine the factors effective on using ICT in small and medium-sized enterprises through structural equation modeling. The research method was a descriptive-correlational one. The statistical population of the study included the owners and managers of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises in Kermanshah and Ilam provinces. A stratified sampling method was used to select the statistical sample (n=202). A researcher-made questionnaire along with a version of digital literacy of Washington university were used to collect data. The content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by a panel of ICT experts’ views. Its reliability was estimated 0/87 through Chronbach Alpha coefficient. The findings revealed that understanding the usefullness of using ICT, acceptance of ICT application, digital literacy and the intention to use ICT, explain a large proportion of variance of ICT application.
