رابطه فن‌آوری اطلاعات و توانمندسازی روان شناختی مدیران آموزش و پرورش منطقه یک ساری

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی رابطه فن‌آوری اطلاعات و توانمندسازی روان‌‌‌شناختی مدیران آموزش و پرورش منطقه یک ساری بوده است. روش انجام پژوهش از نظر نحوه گردآوری داده ‌ها، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و از نظر هدف، کاربردی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر، 220 نفر از مدیران آموزش و پرورش منطقه یک ساری در سال تحصیلی 93-1392، در نظر گرفته شده است. روش نمونه‌ گیری، تصادفی ساده و حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان، 136 نفر تعیین گردید. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسش‌نامه 15 سؤالی محقق‌ساخته فن‌آوری اطلاعات با پایایی 0/91 و پرسش‌نامه استاندارد توانمندسازی روان‌‌‌شناختی اسپریتزر که پایایی آن در ابعاد شایستگی 0/88، مؤثر بودن 0/89، معنی‌ دار بودن 0/86، خودسامان‌دهی 0/88 و اعتماد 0/84 به‌دست آمد، ‌بود. توصیف و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی شامل آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و آزمون رگرسیون خطی انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین فن‎آوری اطلاعات با توانمندسازی روان‌شناختی، احساس معنی‌ دار بودن، احساس مؤثر بودن، احساس سامان‌دهی و احساس اعتماد مدیران آموزش و پرورش منطقه یک ساری رابطه معنی‌ داری وجود دارد. اما، بین فن‎آوری اطلاعات با احساس شایستگی مدیران رابطه معنی‌ داری به دست نیامد.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between information technology and psychological empowerment of education managers in district one ofSari. This applied study adopted a descriptive-correlational approach as its methodology. The statistical population of the study was 220 educational managers in Sari district one in academic year of 2013-14, of whom 136 were chosen as the study sample using Krejcie and Morgan table. Data collection tools were two researcher-made information technology questionnaires consisting of 15 modified questions with a reliability of 0.91 and Spritzer psychological empowerment standard questionnaire including 15 questions with different reliabilities at different dimensions of being competence 0.88, being effective 0.89, being meaningful 0.86, self-determination 0.88 and trustworthy 0.84. The obtained statistical results were provided in two parts of descriptive and inferential statistics, which included the Pearson correlation and the linear regression tests. The results of the study showed that there was a significant relationship between information technology and empowerment of education managers, feeling of being meaningful, feeling of being effective, feeling of self-determination, and feeling of being effective. But there was no significant relationship between information technology and feeling of competence.
