عوامل مؤثر بر موفقیت در یادگیری الکترونیکی در دانشگاه‌ها

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر، با هدف بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر موفقیت دریادگیری الکترونیکی از دیدگاه دانشجویان انجام شد. روش پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر گردآوری داده‌ ها توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی بوده است. جامعه آماری، شامل کلیه دانشجویان یکی از واحدهای دانشگاهی استان مازندران، در سال تحصیلی 1392 می‌باشد. بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان تعداد 366 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده به عنوان نمونه، انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، از پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسش‌نامه بررسی و تأیید شد. پایایی آن با اجرای آزمایشی پرسش‌نامه در نمونه‌ای با حجم 30 نفر از طریق آلفای کرونباخ برابر با 0/84 برآورد گردید. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و آزمون t تک نمونه‎ای استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی نشان داد که سه عامل شبکه و پشتیبانی، فرهنگ و سیاست سازمانی بر موفقیت در یادگیری الکترونیکی تأثیر‌گذار می‌باشند و نتایج آزمون t نیز نشان داد که وضعیت متغیرهای فرهنگ، سیاست سازمانی و شبکه و پشتیبانی در واحد دانشگاهی مورد مطالعه کمتر از حد متوسط است.

Factors Affecting E-Learning Success at Universities

چکیده [English]

The present study aimed to investigate the factors affecting success in e-learning from students' point of view. The research method based on purpose was applied and based on data collection was survey. The statistical population included all students of one of the branches of Mazandaran province Universities, in the academic year 2013. According to the Krejcie and Morgan table 366 people were selected as statistical sample by using random sampling method. For data collection, a researcher made questionnaire was used. Face and content validity of the questionnaire were verified. Its reliability, assessed through a pilot study in a sample of 30 people and Cronbach's alpha, was estimated 0.84. In order to analyze the data, exploratory factor analysis and one sample t-test were used. Exploratory factor analysis showed that three factors including network and support, culture and organizational policies were effective on e-learning success. Also, the results of t-test showed that the variables of culture, organizational policy and network and support in the university branch of the study were less than average
