رابطه بین کاربست فن‌آوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات و عملکرد انطباقی کارکنان با نقش میانجی‎گری توانمندسازی روا‌ن‌شناختی

چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رابطه بین کاربست فن‌آوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات و عملکرد انطباقی کارکنان با نقش میانجی‌گری توانمندسازی روا‌ن‌شناختی در بین کارکنان دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز انجام شد. تحقیق پیش رو از نظر هدف کاربردی، از لحاظ روش اجرا توصیفی و از نظر ماهیت، همبستگی می­باشد. جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه در این تحقیق، کارکنان دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز می­باشد. حجم نمونه از طریق جدول کرجسی و مورگان مشخص و با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده 252 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. داده‌های مورد نیاز برای تحقیق از طریق سه پرسش‌نامه استاندارد فن‌آوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات، توانمندسازی روا‌ن‌شناختی و پرسش‌نامه عملکرد انطباقی گردآوری شدند. در تحلیل داده‌ها، از نرم­افزارهای SPSS18 و LISREL8.5 استفاده شد. فرضیه‌ها، از طریق آزمون مدل معادلات ساختاری مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج آزمون فرضیات نشان داد که بین کاربست فن‌آوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات و توانمندسازی روا‌ن‌شناختی رابطه مثبت معناداری وجود دارد؛ بین کاربست فن‌آوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات و عملکرد انطباقی رابطه مثبت معناداری وجود دارد؛ بین توانمندسازی روانشناختی و عملکرد انطباقی رابطه مثبت معناداری وجود دارد. هم‌چنین، نتایج آزمون نشان داد که توانمندسازی روا‌ن‌شناختی نقش میانجی در رابطه کاربست فن‌آوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات و عملکرد انطباقی کارکنان دارد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this research was to study the relationship between the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and the adaptive performance with mediating role of psychological empowerment among employees of Shahid Chamran University. The study was applied in terms of purpose and based on method was descriptive, and correlational in terms of its nature. The statistical population included all staff of Shahid Chamran University. According to Krejcie and Morgan table, 252 individuals were selected using simple random sampling method. Data were collected through three standard questionnaires including: information and communication technology, psychological empowerment and adaptive performance questionnaire. SPSS18 and lisrel8.5 software's were used to analyses the data. Hypotheses were analyzed by structural equation modeling. The results of the hypothesis test showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between the use of ICT and psychological empowerment. There was positive and significant relationship between the use of ICT and adaptive performance. There was a positive and significant relationship between the use of psychological empowerment and adaptive performance. Moreover, results showed that psychological empowerment had a mediating role in relationship between the use ICT and adaptive performance.
