رابطه بین سواد اطلاعاتی و مهارت‎های زندگی معلمان مقطع ابتدایی

چکیده

سواد اطلاعاتی، مهارتی است که فرد را قادر می‌سازد، نیاز اطلاعاتی خود را تشخیص دهد، اطلاعات مربوط به آن را دریابد و به نحوی مؤثر به‎کار گیرد. هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی رابطه بین سواد اطلاعاتی و مهارت‎های زندگی معلمان مقطع ابتدایی شهرستان میاندرود است. روش پژوهش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه معلمان مقطع ابتدایی شهرستان میاندرود به تعداد 360 نفر بود. حجم نمونه از طریق فرمول کوکران، 186 نفر تعیین و نمونه آماری به شیوه نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای بر حسب جنسیت انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوری داده‌ها، از دو پرسش‌نامه‏ استاندارد مهارت‎های زندگی و پرسش‌نامه سواد اطلاعاتی استفاده شده است. روایی محتوایی و صوری ابزار توسط صاحب‌نظران و متخصصان مربوطه مورد تأیید قرار گرفته‌ است. پایایی پرسش‌نامه‌ها نیز با محاسبه آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب برای هر یک برابر 0/89 و 0/83 به‌دست آمد. جهت بررسی و تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین سواد اطلاعاتی و مهارت‎های زندگی معلمان همبستگی مثبت و رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. هم‌چنین، بین سواد اطلاعاتی با مهارت همدلی، مهارت ارتباطی، مهارت حل مسأله و مهارت تفکرخلاق رابطه معناداری وجود دارد.

چکیده [English]

Information literacy is a skill that enables a person to identify his information needs to understand and use it effectively. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between information literacy and life skills of elementary school teachers in the city of Miyandorood. The research method was descriptive, correlational one. The statistical population consisted of all primary school teachers in the city of Miyandorood (N= 360). The statistical sample was 186 participants that determined by the Cochran formula and selected by stratified random sampling according to gender. Data were gathered by using two standard questionnaires: life skills and information literacy questionnaires. The content and face validity of the instruments was confirmed by experts. Their reliability was calculated 0.89 and 0.83 respectively by using Cronbach Alpha. Pearson correlation coefficient was used to analyze the data. Results indicated that there is a positive and significant correlation between information literacy and teachers' life skills. Also, there is a significant relationship between information literacy with empathy skills, communication skills, problem solving skills and creative thinking skills.
