تاثیر بگارگیری شبکه‌های اجتماعی بر توانمندسازی دبیران با توجه به نقش میانجی انتقال دانش

چکیده
هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر میزان استفاده دبیران از شبکه‌های اجتماعی بر توانمندسازی آنان با نقش میانجی انتقال دانش می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت جمع آوری اطلاعات، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری کلیه دبیران متوسطه دوم ناحیه یک شهر بندرعباس به تعداد 428 نفر بود، حجم نمونه با استفاده جدول کرجسی و مورگان به تعداد۲۰۵ نفر که به شیوه تصادفی - طبقه‌ای انتخاب گردیدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه‌های توانمندسازی اسپریتزر (1995) با ۱۸ گویه ، انتقال آموزش هالتون و همکاران(۲۰۰۰) با ۴۵ گویه ، شبکه های اجتماعی اندام(۱۳۹۵ ) با ۱۴ گویه بود، روایی صوری و محتوایی آنها مورد تایید متخصصان قرار گرفت و پایایی آن‌ها با استفاده از روش ضریب آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب مقادیر ۸۶/۰، ۸۴/۰ و ۸۹/۰ به دست آمد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS23 و LISREL8.80 مورد پردازش قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از شبکه اجتماعی بر انتقال دانش توسط دبیران اثر مستقیم دارد. استفاده از شبکه اجتماعی بر توانمندسازی دبیران اثر مستقیم دارد. انتقال دانش با توانمندسازی دبیران اثرمستقیم دارد. و انتقال دانش در تاثیر بکارگیری شبکه اجتماعی بر توانمندسازی دبیران نقش میانجی دارد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of teachers' use of social networks on empowering them with the mediating role of knowledge transfer. The purpose of this study is practical and descriptive correlational in nature. The population of the study consisted of 428 second-grade teachers in the second district of Bandar Abbas city. The sample size was 9 persons who were selected by stratified random sampling using Krejcie and Morgan table. Data collection tools were Spritzer Empowerment Questionnaires (1995) with 2 items, Halton et al. (1) education questionnaire with 2 items, 2-item social networks (1), face validity and content validated by experts. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to determine their reliability at the values ​​of 0.5, 0.5 and 0.5, respectively. Data were analyzed using SPSS23 and LISREL8.80 software. The results showed that using social network had a direct effect on teachers' knowledge transfer. Using social networking has a direct effect on empowering teachers. Knowledge transfer has a direct effect on empowering teachers. And knowledge transfer plays a mediating role in the impact of using social networking on empowering teachers.
