رابطه بین سرمایه اجتماعی با رفتار کاری ابتکاری با نقش میانجی رفتار شهروندی سایبری اداره کل آموزش و پرورش استان مازندران

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش تعیین رابطه بین سرمایه اجتماعی با رفتار کاری ابتکاری با نقش میانجی رفتار شهروندی سایبری (مورد مطالعه: اداره کل آموزش و پرورش استان مازندران) می‌باشد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی، روش گردآوری اطلاعات میدانی و توصیفی از نوع همبستگی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کارکنان اداره کل آموزش و پرورش استان مازندران به تعداد 326 نفر بودند، که با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان و روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای 181نفر به‌عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد سرمایه اجتماعی اونیکس و بولن (2000)، رفتار کاری ابتکاری جانسن (2000) و رفتار شهروندی سایبری یونسکو (2016) بود. روایی این پرسشنامه‌ها توسط متخصصان مورد تأیید قرار گرفت، پایایی از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (سرمایه اجتماعی برابر 86/0، رفتار کاری ابتکاری برابر 82/0 و رفتار شهروندی سایبری برابر 87/0درصد) محاسبه گردید. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نیز از بخش توصیفی و استنباطی با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای Spss و Lisrel استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین سرمایه اجتماعی با رفتار کاری ابتکاری با نقش میانجی رفتار شهروندی سایبری کارکنان اداره کل آموزش و پرورش استان مازندران رابطه وجود دارد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between social capital and innovative working behavior with the mediating role of cyber citizenship behavior (Case study: Mazandaran Province Education Department). This research is a descriptive-correlational method for collecting field data and descriptive. The statistical population consisted of all employees of Mazandaran Province General Education Department (326) who were selected as sample size using Krejcie and Morgan table and stratified random sampling method of 181 persons. Data were collected using Unix and Boulain (2000) standard questionnaires of social capital, Johnson's innovative work behavior (2000) and UNESCO cyber citizenship behavior (2016). The validity of these questionnaires was confirmed by experts. Reliability was calculated by Cronbach's alpha coefficient (social capital 0.86, innovative work behavior 0.82 and cyber citizenship 0.87%). Descriptive and inferential statistics were used for data analysis using Spss and Lisrel software. The results showed that there is a relationship between social capital and innovative working behavior with the mediating role of cyber citizenship behavior of the employees of Mazandaran Province Education Department.
