By spreading Corona pandemic, unprecedented conditions have been imposed on country's education system.so that educating in schools is on virtual space. This study's purpose is investigating the problems of education on virtual space by using Shad application in the Corona pandemic period. This study has been done in qualitative approach framework and by using phenomenological method.
Information was collected by using semi-structured interviews. Participants were 20 teachers of primary school in Mahabad who were selected through purposive sampling and the interviews continued until the theoretical saturation. Analyzing data was performed using the seven step Colaizzi method.
Results showed that teachers' perception about problems and challenges of education on Shad application, includes 6 general contents. Problems related to students and parents (3 sub-items), problems related to teachers (3 sub-items), content problems (2 sub-items), problems related to facilities (2 sub-items), organizational problems (2 sub-items), evaluation problems (2 sub-items).
