اثربخشی آموزش‌های مجازی شادکامی با رویکرد تئوری انتخاب بر امید و اضطراب کووید-19 معلمان زن در همه‌گیری ویروس کرونا

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف اثربخشی آموزش‌های مجازی شادکامی با رویکرد تئوری انتخاب بر امید و اضطراب کووید-19 معلمان زن در همه‌گیری ویروس کرونا انجام شد. این مطالعه یـک پژوهش حاضـر یـک مطالعه نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل معلمان زن دارای اضطراب کووید-19 در شهر اردکان در سال 1399 بود که با روش نمونه‌گیری داوطلبانه 20 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه 10 نفری آزمایش و گواه جایگزین شدند. شرکت‌کنندگان به پرسشنامه‌‌‌های مجازی اضطراب بیماری کرونا علی‌پور و همکاران (1398)و امید اسنایدر (1991)در مراحل پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون پاسخ دادند. گروه آزمایش مداخله آموزش‌های مجازی شادکامی با رویکرد تئوری انتخاب را در 8 جلسه یک ساعته و هر هفته دو جلسه دریافت نمودند، در صورتیکه گروه گواه هیچ‌گونه مداخله‌ای در طول پژوهش دریافت ننمود. داده‌های پژوهش با روش تحلیل کوواریانس چند‌متغیری و در سطح معنی‌داری 05/0 تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد در پس‌آزمون گروه آزمایش میانگین نمرات اضطراب کووید-19، با کاهش معنادار (001/0>p و میانگین نمرات امید با افزایش معناداری همراه بوده است (001/0>p).پیشنهاد می‌شود تاثیرآموزش مجازی شادی با رویکرد تئوری انتخاب به عنوان یک روش مداخله‌ای موثر در کاهش اضطراب کووید-19 و بهبود امید مورد توجه قرار گیرد.

The aim of this study was The Effectiveness of Virtual Happiness Training With a choice Theory on Hope and Anxiety Covid-19 of Female Teachers in Coronavirus Epidemic. This study was a quasi-experimental study with pre-test and post-test design and control group.The statistical population included female teachers with Covid-19 anxiety in Ardakan in 1399. By voluntary sampling method, 20 people were selected as a sample and randomly replaced in two groups of 10 experimental and control. Participants answered the virtual questionnaires of coronary heart disease Alipour et al (2020) and Omid Snyder (1991) in the pre-test, post-test stages. The intervention group received the Virtual Happiness Training based on Selection Theory in 8 one-hour sessions and two sessions per week, while the control group didn’t receive any intervention during the study. Research data were analyzed by multivariate analysis of covariance at the significance level of 0.05. The results showed that in the post-test group, the mean scores of Covid-19 anxiety were significantly reduced (p < 0.001) and the mean scores of hope were significantly increased (p < 0.001). It is suggested that the effect of virtual happiness education based on choice theory be considered as an effective intervention method in reducing Covid-19 anxiety and improving hope.
