تعلل‌ورزی تحصیلی و بهزیستی روانشناختی نوجوانان دختر براساس میزان اعتیاد اینترنتی

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش‌بینی تعلل‌ورزی تحصیلی و بهزیستی روانشناختی نوجوانان دختر براساس میزان اعتیاد اینترنتی انجام پذیرفت. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت و روش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی می‌باشد. جامعه‌ هدف را کلیه دانش‌آموزان دختر دوره دوم متوسطه شهر تبریز به تعداد 29747 نفر تشکیل می‌دهند که از بین آنها و براساس جدول کرجسی مورگان 370 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چند‌مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. در ادامه جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌های موردنیاز از پرسشنامه‌های اعتیاد به اینترنت یانگ(1996)، پرسشنامه بهزیستی روان‌شناختی ریف(1980) و پرسشنامه تعلل‌ورزی تحصیلی سواری(1390) بهره‌برداری شد و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نیز از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون، تحلیل واریانس و رگرسیون چندگانه در محیط نرم افزار spss23 استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها نشان داد، مؤلفه‌های اعتیاد به اینترنت(مشکلات اجتماعی، تأثیر بر عملکرد، فقدان کنترل، استفاده مرضی از چت‌روم و بی‌توجهی به وظایف شغلی و تحصیلی) قادر است، تعلل‌ورزی تحصیلی نوجوانان دختر را به صورت مثبت و بهزیستی روانی را به صورت منفی و معناداری پیش‌بینی نماید.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to predict the academic procrastination and psychological well-being of female adolescents based on the rate of Internet addiction. This research is a descriptive correlation in terms of applied purpose and in terms of nature and method. The target population is 29747 female high school students in Tabriz, from which 370 people were selected based on Krejcie Morgan table using multi-stage cluster sampling method. In order to collect the required data, Young's Internet Addiction Questionnaire (1996), Reef Psychological Well-Being Questionnaire (1980) and Riding Academic Procrastination Questionnaire (2011) were used, and Pearson correlation test was used to analyze the data. , Analysis of variance and multiple regression were used in spss23 software environment. The findings showed that the components of Internet addiction (social problems, performance impairment, lack of control, morbid use of chatrum and neglect of professional and educational duties) are able to positively delay the academic procrastination of female adolescents and psychological well-being in the form of Predict negatively and meaningfully.
