تاثیر استفاده از فناوری تلفن همراه بر یادگیری سازمانی

چکیده

این تحقیق با هدف تاثیر استفاده از تلفن همراه بر یادگیری سازمانی معلمان دوره ابتدایی کرمان انجام گرفت. تحقیق نیمه تجربی و با گروه کنترل و آزمایش انجام شد.جامعه آماری شامل کلیه معلمان مقطع ابتدایی شهر کرمان به تعداد642 نفر بود که به شیوه نمونه گیری در دسترس 50 نفر از معلمان انتخاب و به طور تصادفی به دو گروه 25 نفره آزمایش و کنترل تقسیم شدند. ابزار اندازه گیری داده ها، پرسشنامه یادگیری الکترونیکی سازمانی هافسکی و همکاران (2009) بود که توسط آزمودنی ها قبل و بعد از مداخله تکمیل گردید. داده ها با روش تحلیل کواریانس و نرم افزار SPSS23تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد فناوری اطلاعات تلفن همراه بر یادگیری سازمانی معلمان و مولفه های آن شامل(مهارت و ارتباط پیوسته،انگیزش، دسترسی به فناوری، توانایی یادگیری از طریق رسانه و موفقیت در یادگیری الکترونیکی) موثر است. بنابراین تلفن همراه می تواند ابزاری مناسب در یادگیری برتر در همه سازمان ها خصوصا سازمان های آموزشی باشد.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of mobile phone use on organizational learning of primary school teachers in Kerman. The quasi-experimental study was performed with a control and experimental group. The statistical population was all primary school teachers in Kerman (642 people) who were selected by available sampling method of 50 primary school teachers and randomly divided into two groups of 25 experimental and control groups. The data measurement tool was Hofsky et al(2009) organizational e-learning questionnaire which was completed by the subjects before and after the intervention. Data were analyzed by analysis of covariance and software SPSS23. The results showed that mobile information technology affects teachers' organizational learning and its components including (continuous communication skills, motivation, access to technology, ability to learn through media and success in e-learning). Therefore, it can be concluded that mobile phones can be an effective tool in organizations, especially in the educational system.
