ارائه مدل علی روابط چابکی سازمانی دانشگاهی، فن آوری اطلاعات و فرهنگ سازمانی مورد مطالعه: واحدهای دانشگاهی مازندران

چکیده

هدف از این تحقیق ارائه مدل علی روابط چابکی سازمانی دانشگاهی، فن آوری اطلاعات و فرهنگ سازمانی بود این تحقیق ازنظر هدف کاربردی و ازنظر شیوه تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از ماتریس همبستگی از نوع معادلات ساختاری انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری کلیه اعضای هیئت‌علمی واحدهای دانشگاهی آزاد اسلامی مازندران که در سیزده واحد دانشگاهی به تعداد این افراد 1671 بود.روش نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای و بر اساس تعداد اعضای هیئت‌علمی در واحدهای دانشگاهی آزاد اسلامی مازندران بوده است؛ تعداد نمونه بر اساس فرمول کوکران آنلاین 340 نفر محاسبه گردید..ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه های استاندارد چابکی سازمانی دانشگاه، خاوری و همکاران(1396)، پرسشنامه فرهنگ‌سازمانی دنینسون (2000) و پرسشنامه ابعاد فناوری اطلاعات لطفیان و شیخ (1390) بود. به‌منظور تخمین و تبیین روابط حاوی متغیرهای آشکار و پنهان از رویکرد حداقل مربعات جزئی (PLS) Smart PLS استفاده شد؛ یافته های تحقیق روابط علی بین متغیرهای فن آوری اطلاعات ، فرهنگی سازمانی و چابکی سازمانی را معنا دار و نقش فرهنگ سازمانی را به عنوان میانجی مورد تایید قرار داد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to present a causal model of the relationship between academic organizational agility, information technology and organizational culture. This study was conducted in terms of applied purpose and in terms of data analysis using a correlation matrix of structural equation Modeling. The statistical population of all faculty members of Islamic Azad University of Mazandaran, which was 1671 in thirteen academic units, Stimulated 161. The sampling method was stratified random sampling based on the number of faculty members in Islamic Azad University of Mazandaran; The number of samples was calculated based on Cochran's online formula of 340 people. The data collection tools were the standard organizational agility questionnaires of the university, Khavari et al (2017), In order to estimate and explain the relationships containing explicit and implicit variables, the Smart Minimum PLS (PLS) approach was used; The research findings made causal relationships between the variables of information technology, organizational culture and organizational agility significant and confirmed the role of organizational culture as a mediator.
